FAQ

About Princetonreview.com Payment Method?

Princetonreview.com accepts credit card/debit or other payment methods acceptable to them. For their classroom and LiveOnline courses (including Bootcamps, Immersion programs, Summer Camps, and courses that include tutoring), payment must be made in full by 10 days prior to the first scheduled session of the course. If the full payment is not made by this deadline, Princetonreview.com is authorized to charge the balance to the payment method on file. If enrollment occurs within 10 days of the start of a course, full payment must be made at the time of enrollment. If Princetonreview.com has approved a payment plan or a purchase was made under an installment plan, then payments are due in accordance with such plan. However, a deposit must still be paid when enrolling. The same rules apply for test preparation and other programs (other than Homework Help or admission counseling services). For a Homework Help plan, the credit card is immediately charged and the account is filled with the number of minutes that corresponds to the plan for the first month. This process repeats on the same day of each month until cancellation. Princetonreview.com is authorized to charge the payment method on file, regardless of whether the information associated with such payment method has changed, including but not limited to the expiration date of a credit card.

In 2019, when Joshua Park became CEO of The Princeton Review and of its affiliate company, Tutor.com, he led a transformation of The Princeton Review, transitioning it to a largely digital delivery system while the company continued to accommodate customers preferring in-person courses and services.
